The premise is that certain foods can affect the acidity and alkalinity of bodily fluids, including the blood and urine, and that a more alkaline pH level can improve health outcomes.
However, it’s important to note that the body tightly regulates its pH balance regardless of diet, and the scientific evidence supporting the health benefits of an alkaline diet is limited.
The alkaline diet is a nutritional approach that emphasizes the consumption of foods believed to influence the body’s pH levels. The theory suggests that eating certain foods can help maintain a more alkaline environment in the body, which may contribute to better health. Here’s a brief overview of the alkaline diet:
What to Eat: Vegetables: Most are considered alkaline-promoting. Fruits: Many fruits are alkaline-forming, especially citrus fruits. Nuts and Seeds: Select varieties like almonds and flaxseeds. Legumes: Such as lentils and chickpeas. Whole Grains: Limited amounts of quinoa, millet, and buckwheat.
What to Avoid: Dairy Products: Milk, cheese, and yogurt. Meat: Especially red meat and processed meats. Processed Foods: High in salt, sugar, and unhealthy fats. Alcohol: It’s considered acidic.
Potential Benefits: Encourages the consumption of whole and unprocessed foods. May improve kidney health by reducing the load on the kidneys to maintain pH balance. Can increase fruit and vegetable intake, which is associated with various health benefits. Criticism and Considerations:
The body naturally regulates its pH levels, and the diet’s premise that you can significantly alter your body’s pH through diet is not strongly supported by scientific evidence123. It may be overly restrictive, eliminating some nutritious foods like eggs and whole grains2. It’s always important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new diet, especially if you have underlying health conditions2.

Angels are Working for You
In Scripture, we are told that angels have many roles. A few of them include being God’s messengers and Holy warriors, watching history unfold, praising and worshipping God, and being Guardian Angels – protecting and directing people on God’s behalf. The Bible tells us that God’s angels are delivering messages, accompanying the lonely, granting protection and even fighting His battles. Angels who were sent to deliver messages began their words saying “Do not be afraid,” or “Do not fear.” Most of the time, however, God’s angels operate discretely and don’t draw attention to themselves as they carry out the assignment given by God. While God has called His heavenly messengers to work on His behalf, He has also called angels to work in our lives in very profound ways. There are many miraculous stories of angelic guardians and protectors helping Christians all over the world. Here are six ways angels are working for us.
They Guard and Protect You.
Angels are God’s sent protectors delivered by God to guard and fight for us. This means they are working on your behalf. There are many accounts where angels protected the life of someone. The Bible tells us, “For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways. On their hands they will bear you up, lest you strike your foot against a stone” (Psalm 91:11-12). For Daniel’s protection, God sent His angel and he shut the mouths of lion. God commands His faithful messengers who are nearest to Him to guard us in all our ways. God offers His pure and selfless love through the use of His angels.
They Communicate God’s Message.
The word angel means “Messenger” so it probably comes as no surprise that there are many times in Scripture where God chooses angels to take His message to His people. Throughout the Bible we find angels involved in communicating God’s truth or message as the Spirit of God directed them. In a number of passages in the Bible, we are told that angels were instruments used by God to reveal His Word, but this is only part of the story. There are numbers of times where angels appeared to announce an important message. While there are times when angels have sent words of comfort and reassurance, we also see angels bringing messages of warnings, telling of judgments and even carrying out judgments.
They Observe You.
The Bible tells us, “…for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels and to men” (1 Corinthians 4:9). According to Scripture, many eyes are upon us, including the eyes of angels. But the implication is even greater than that. The Greek word in this passage translated as spectacle means “theater” or “public assembly.” Angels gain knowledge through long observation of human activities. Unlike humans, angels do not have to study the past; they have experienced it. Therefore, they know how others have acted and reacted in situations and can predict with a great degree of accuracy how we may act in similar circumstances.
They Encourage You.
Angels are sent by God to encourage us and attempt to guide us on the path we need to go. In Acts, angels encourage the early followers of Jesus to begin their ministry, free Paul and others from prison, and facilitate meetings between believers and non-believers. We also know that God can enable angels with great strength. The apostle Paul calls them “mighty angels” (2 Thessalonians 1:17). The power of a single angel was demonstrated in part on the resurrection morning. “And, behold, there was a great earthquake, for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled back the stone from the door and sat upon it” (Matthew 28:2). While angels can excel in strength, it’s important that we remember that only God is the omnipotent One. Angels are powerful but omnipotence is never ascribed to them.
They Deliver You.
Another way angels work for us is through deliverance. Angels are actively involved in the lives of God’s people. They have specific functions and it is a blessing that God sends them to respond in our specific times of need. One way God delivers us is through the ministry of angels. They are on this Earth right now, having been sent to minister to our needs as an heir of salvation. The Bible tells us, “Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?” (Hebrews 1:14). Because of this specific role in our lives, they can warn and protect us from harm.
They Care For Us At Death.
There will come a time when we will move into our heavenly homes and will be assisted by angels. They are with us in this transition. The primary Scripture teaching on this come from Christ Himself. In describing the beggar Lazarus in Luke 16, Jesus said, “So it was that the beggar died and was carried by angels to Abraham’s bosom,” referring to Heaven. Notice here that Lazarus wasn’t merely escorted to heaven. Angels carried him there. Why would angels provide this service at the time of our deaths? Because angels are commissioned by God to care for His children. Though we don’t see them, our lives are surrounded by angels and they are here to assist us in our times of need, including death.
God loves us so much that He sends His angels to guard, guide and protect us through various stages of our life. Although we may not immediately know or see that angels are around us, they are there at God’s direction and working to assist us in this live and the next.

Here are some strategies that people often find helpful when they’re feeling down:
Reach out to others: Connect with friends or family and share what you’re going through. You don’t have to go through tough times alone.
Engage in activities you enjoy: Doing something you love may help lift your spirits. This could be reading a book, listening to your favorite music, or spending time in nature.
Exercise: Physical activity can boost your mood by increasing the production of endorphins, known as ‘feel-good’ hormones.
Practice mindfulness or meditation: These techniques can help you stay focused on the present moment and can be effective in reducing negative thinking.
Seek professional help: If your feelings of sadness are overwhelming or lasting for a long time, it may be helpful to talk to a mental health professional.
Remember, it’s okay to ask for help and take care of your mental health. Everyone goes through tough times and there are resources and people who want to help.

(10 Ways to Decalcify Your Pineal Gland)
Calcification of the Pineal Gland
The pineal gland receives high levels of blood flow, second only to the kidneys. It is also prone to calcification, which inhibits its function. Synthetic fluoride, chlorine, and calcium are chief causes of calcification.
Here’s 10 Ways to De-Calcify and Detox Your Pineal Gland
1. Avoid Drinking Tap Water
Switch to a water filter if you typically drink tap-water. Some water filtration systems do not filter out fluoride, so be sure to double check. If feasible, drink spring water or RO filtered water if available. The reverse osmosis process is known to remove the sediment, fluoride, chlorine, chemicals, and heavy metals from drinking water.
2. Eat Chlorophyll-Rich Foods
Chlorophyll is a natural pigment that gives plants their green color and very high in antioxidants. Increase your intake of leafy green vegetables; the detoxing qualities can help decalcify your pineal gland. Supplements like spirulina, wheatgrass, and blue-green algae have high levels of chlorophyll.
3. Antioxidants: Chaga Tea and Chocolate
Chaga tea is made from a mushroom which contains high levels of the antioxidant superoxide dismutase (SOD),
4. Turmeric
Curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant qualities and neuroprotective benefits. Turmeric can mitigate the effect of fluoride-induced neurotoxicity.
5. Put Your Phone on Airplane Mode
Exposure to electromagnetic fields has been shown to have negatively afects on brain functioning and the pineal gland.
Start placing your phone on airplane when you sleep at night. In this way, you can enjoy a restful sleep without the sounds of gadgets around.
6. Switch Your Toothpaste
Most household toothpaste contain fluoride, PEG-60, sodium benzoate, propyl/methylparaben, etc. Switch to fluoride-free toothpastes or try coconut oil for brushing or mouthwash.
7. Iodine and Boric Acid
Iodine chelates (forms a ring around; bonds with) fluoride and heavy metals such as mercury, lead, cadmium, and aluminum. Which in turns helps the body to process. Seaweed and kelp are also high in iodine content.
Boric acid, the most common form of the trace mineral boron has antiseptic, antifungal, and antiviral properties helpful to detox your pineal gland. You can find boric acid supplements of get boron in foods such as avocados, bananas, beans, almonds, walnuts, chickpeas.
8. Oregano Oil and Neem Extract
Both oregano oil and neem extract possess antibiotic qualities and help in boosting your body’s endocrine system, which includes the pineal gland. Neem and oregano oil have been used in India for thousands of years. They can be used in the same way as other essential oils. Both oils can be added to shampoos or moisturizing creams. Enjoy smooth and shiny hair and skin, promoting better health and wellness.
9. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
A natural detoxifier, raw apple cider vinegar’s malic acid properties help to decalcify the pineal gland.
10. Check Your Nonstick Cookware
Nonstick pans and cookware are often made with teflon, which can emit toxic components when heated or when pans break down over time.

Avoid Fluoride
Supplement your diet
Use essential oils
Sungaze
Meditate and chant
Collaborate with crystals
Decalcifying the pineal gland is a process that some believe can enhance spiritual awareness and overall well-being. While scientific evidence is limited, here are some steps that people often consider for pineal gland health:
Minimize Fluoride Consumption: Reduce exposure to fluoride, which is commonly found in tap water. Consider using fluoride-free toothpaste and drinking filtered water1. Mindful Meditation: Practice mindfulness and direct attention to your third eye (associated with the pineal gland) during meditation1. Clean Up Your Diet: Opt for a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole foods. Leafy green vegetables, spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass, and blue-green algae are beneficial1. Detox: Detoxify your body to support pineal gland health. Be cautious with supplements and limit shellfish and tuna due to mercury content1. Reduce Stress: Chronic stress can impact the pineal gland. Incorporate stress-reducing practices like yoga, deep breathing, or spending time in nature1. Increase Sun Exposure: Natural sunlight helps regulate the pineal gland and supports melatonin production1.
What is the Third Eye?
The pineal gland is a pea-sized gland shaped like a pine cone, located in the vertebrate brain near the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. Also known as the third eye, it is a revered tool of seers and mystics and considered to be the organ of supreme universal connection. Its significance appears in every ancient culture throughout the world. For example, in Ayurvedic philosophy, the third eye is represented by theAjnachakra and in Ancient Egypt, the symbol of the Eye of Horus mirrors the placement of the pineal gland in the profile of the human head. The third eye is connected to clarity, concentration, imagination and intuition.
The Third Eye in Biology
The pineal gland represents the third eye in biology, which produces melatonin. Melatonin controls circadian rhythms and reproductive hormones. This makes the pineal a master regulator of time, affecting not only our sleep patterns but also our sexual maturation. Melatonin also affects our stress and ability to adapt to a changing world. This third eye activates when exposed to light, and has a number of biological functions in controlling the biorhythms of the body. It works in harmony with the hypothalamus gland which directs the body’s thirst, hunger, sexual desire and the biological clock that determines our aging process.
Significance of the Third Eye
Developing the third eye is the doorway to all things psychic—telepathy, clairvoyance, lucid dreaming and astral projection. The illusion of separation between self and spirit dissolves when the third eye connection is cultivated. Metaphysical ways of being are connected to the third eye, such as how to be awake within the dream, to walk between realities and surpass the limitations of humanity.
Why You Should Awaken Your Third Eye
A blocked third eye or ajna chakra is said to lead to confusion, uncertainty, cynicism, jealousy and pessimism. Through an open and vibrant third eye, the highest source of ethereal energy may enter. While the physical eyes perceive the physical world, the third eye sees the true world — a unified whole with an unyielding connection to spirit. A list of the benefits and abilities the third eye brings include clarity, concentration, perspicuity, bliss, intuition, decisiveness and insight. The third eye has been linked to lucid dreaming, astral projection, quality of sleep, enhanced imagination and aura viewing.
How Does Calcification Occur?
The calcification of the pineal gland is common if the third eye is not being used or as a result of diets rich in fluoride and calcium. Calcification is the build up of calcium phosphate crystals in various parts of the body. This process occurs because of toxins in everyday products, like fluoride, hormones and additives, sugars and artificial sweeteners. Radiation from cell phone use and electric and magnetic fields may have negative impacts on the pineal gland as well. Some conspiracy theorists believe mass media campaigns advocating the use of fluoride and calcium are motivated by government control programs.

Foods That Fight Joint Pain & Inflammation:
Herbal remedies for arthritis pain:
Aloe vera, while many people use aloe vera for treating small skin abrasions, such as sunburn, it may also help with joint pain.
Ginger,
People have long used ginger in traditional medicine to treat nausea, but you can also use it for RA, OA, and joint and muscle pain.
Turmeric:
Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory. Turmeric is often taken on an ongoing basis for those suffering with a variety of pains. 2-4 capsules are taken twice a day. Alternately, a teaspoon of turmeric can be added to a mug full of warm milk. A sprinkle of black pepper helps to potentate the turmeric.More studies into the safety and effectiveness of turmeric are needed.
Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine practitioners may prescribe turmeric as part of a formula with other ingredients.
A qualified and licensed herbal medicine practitioner may be able to prescribe a formula containing turmeric.
Home Remedies for Joint Problems:
Apple Cider Vinegar Apple cider vinegar, taken as an internal tonic, reduces pain and inflammation due to its alkalizing effect on the body. It contains nutrients that support body functions as well. For arthritis and joint pain, 2-3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar can be added to a glass of water and consumed daily. Apple cider vinegar can be applied topically for acute joint discomfort. Soak a cloth in apple cider vinegar and apply to the joint of concern. Wrap plastic around the cloth and secure with an ace bandage. The apple cider vinegar bandage can be worn overnight. This method is especially useful for pain caused by strains and gout.
Castor Oil :
Castor oil is not taken internally but massaged into painful joints. It relieves inflammation and pain, sometimes as well as oral pain relievers! Castor oil can be messy, so use old clothes and towels to avoid getting castor oil on clothing and furniture.
Borax:
Borax contains boron, which is a necessary element in the joints. Boron also helps the body to balance other minerals and hormones. Studies have found that boron is needed for strong bones. Dietary Changes Sugar and processed foods aggravate inflammation and pain. They also fill the body up so more quality foods are not consumed at levels needed to provide necessary nutrients to the body. Bone broth contains concentrated amounts of gelatin and the necessary minerals for joint health. Look for organic bone broths or make your own!
Hydrotherapy:
Hydrotherapy involves alternating warm and cool applications to painful joints. The cool applications help to reduce inflammation. The warm applications promote circulation and repair. Use two bowls of water; one warm and one cool. (NOT hot and ice cold!) Soak a cloth in the cool water and apply it to the painful joint for 1 minute. Remove the cool cloth and replace it with the warm cloth. Hydrotherapy can be repeated several times a day. Epsom Salt:
Epsom salt soaks provide magnesium and sulfur to the joints. Add ½ cup Epsom salt to a basin of water and soak the painful joint. For fresh injuries, use cool water, otherwise use warm water. Vinegar and Baking Soda?

US Eye Specialist Reveals Natural Way to Restore 20/20 Vision at Home Without Surgery or Glasses
You can get your eyesight back, even if you have glaucoma or cataracts. But the nervous billion-dollar eyecare industry wants this miracle breakthrough suppressed.
This easy to do therapy is appreciated by millions as anyone can do it without any reluctance. All you need to do is to have cool or cold water while brushing your teeth in the morning or night (use floride free toothpaste). Keep some cold water in the mouth and at the same time, splash some cold filtered water in your eyes. What this does is as there is pressure in your mouth closed with water, your eyes absorb most of the moisture from cold water and feel relaxed.
Hold the eyebrows with your index finger & thumb so that when you put pressure them, it gives equal pressure on both sides. Also, with eyes closed, roll your eyeballs a few times to relieve strain and feel stress-free.
It is mandatory to keep extra care of your eyes. Well, one of the best ways is by intaking those great foods that are full of antioxidants. This helps in good blood circulation, resulting in better eyesight. Fruits consisting of Omega 3 fatty acids are best such as Walnuts, Fish and nuts. Fish oil tablets are also a great alternate for Omega 3.
You may see a major difference when comparing people who smoke and those who don’t. You may see the dark circles around the eyes as well as burning sensation in your eyes. Smoking makes people appear older than their real age. Not just smoking causes multiple eye –related issues, it also creates other diseases such as lung cancer and many other. Say No to Tobacco!
A normal required sleep is considered to be 8 hours, so you can offer your best during the day. Avoid using cell phones before you go to sleep as it can cause sleeping disorders. If for some reason, you don’t get complete sleep at night, take a couple of hours nap during the day to revitalize your energy.
It is also fundamental that you frequently visit your eye specialist if you feel any irritation or discomfort in your eyes. Make sure you provide the precise prescription, so you get exactly what your eyes require!

Load Up on Fruits and Veggies
You know that fresh produce is good for your body. That includes your gallbladder. For starters, fruits and greens brim with vitamins, including C and E. Both have been shown to help protect against gallstones. Fruit and veggies also are high in water and fiber, which can help you stay full. This can help you drop pounds. For the biggest benefit, eat lots of different produce.
Cut Back on Fried Foods
Your gallbladder has to work harder to help digest fatty foods. Fried foods are often high in saturated fat, which raises cholesterol in your blood. So a lot of greasy fare can lead to gallstones. Plus, it’s high in calories, which can make your scale creep up. One study found that people who eat fried foods more than four times a week were 37% more likely to become overweight or obese than those who had it half as often.
Eating, Diet, & Nutrition for Gallstones Eat more foods that are high in fiber, such as. ... Eat fewer refined carbohydrates and less sugar. Eat healthy fats, like fish oil and olive oil, to help your gallbladder contract and empty on a regular basis. Avoid unhealthy fats, like those often found in desserts and fried foods.
Plant-based foods are filled with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that provide the body with the nutrients it needs to stay healthy. Vitamin C, vitamin E, folic acid and magnesium have been shown to help prevent gallstones and may lower the risk of other gallbladder problems. Kiwi, broccoli, citrus fruits and leafy greens are great options. Antioxidants help the body rid itself of free radicals, which are toxic molecules that develop because of natural processes and environmental stresses. When free radicals accumulate in the body, it can cause oxidative stress, which causes cell damage that may lead to gallbladder and other diseases. Fruits and vegetables are also high in water and fiber, which help keep the gallbladder working smoothly. And because they contain little to no fat, they do not strain the gallbladder either.]]>

Seasonal allergies like allergic rhinitis (hay fever) can keep the sinuses irritated, causing the tissue to become dry and inflamed. This can lead to thickened or sticky mucus, which makes the problem worse. Allergic rhinitis can be triggered by allergies to
pollen
blooming plants
grasses
trees
mold
Sometimes, over-the-counter or prescription allergy medications can also cause your sinuses to dry out. Symptoms of seasonal allergies include: runny or stuffy nose sore throat itchy or watery eyes sneezing itchy throat, sinuses, or ear canals postnasal drainage fluid on the ears headache cough wheezing shortness of breath. The 2014 U.S. National Climate Assessment (NCA2014) warned that simultaneous exposure to allergens and toxic air pollutants can amplify allergic responses. Meanwhile, the assessment reports, extreme rainfall and rising temperatures can lead to growth of indoor fungi and molds—another category of allergy triggers for some people.
You may think of milk, sweets, sweet beverages as comfort foods but if you are battling sinusitis, they may be adding to your discomfort as the protein in milk tends to increase and thicken mucous secretions so your best bet would be to avoid milk and dairy products especially at the time of sinus attack.
The nasal mucosa is very responsive to activity. As you exercise, the activation of the sympathetic network will exert a constrictive effect on the blood supply to the turbinates and the mucosal lining within the nose. These structures are responsible for airflow dynamics within the nasal cavity. There is also a general lessening of the blood pressure in your head as you rise to standing, leading to a decrease in the swelling within the nasal mucosa and the turbinate structures.
Various remedies can help manage dry sinuses at home, such as using a nasal spray, running a humidifier, and avoiding environments that dry the sinuses. If additional symptoms occur, a person may need medical treatment.
It’s that time of year. Cold winter weather and dry air are here. When you think about the winter season, you can’t help but remember those mornings waking up with a dry mouth, sore throat and sinus congestion.

Facts About Fluoridation
The mayor of Alaska’s largest city told officials last October to stop fluoridating the municipal water supply, only to reverse himself five hours later when informed that fluoridation was required under city code.
Fluorite will glow, or fluoresce, under ultraviolet light. It was one of the first substances in which the natural phenomenon of fluorescence was studied, and the term ‘fluorescence’ comes from its name.
Sodium Fluorosilicate or Fluorocilicic Acid are the most commonly used compounds in municipal water supplies, as they are readily available and less expensive to manufacture.
Fluoride and Earlier Puberty in Girls
In the United States, children are reaching the age of puberty at earlier ages than in the past — a trend that carries health consequences, including a heightened risk for breast cancer. Some evidence indicates that fluoride, via its effect on the pineal, could be a contributing cause to this trend. In animal studies, for example, fluoride exposure has been found to cause a decrease in the amount of circulating melatonin.
(Luke 1997). Similar findings have been reported in two epidemiological studies of human populations drinking fluoridated water. In the first published fluoridation safety experiment in Newburgh, New York, the authors found that girls living in a fluoridated community reached puberty five months earlier than girls living in a non-fluoridated community. (Schlesinger 1956) Later, in 1983, Farkas reported that postmenarcheal girls were “present at younger ages in the higher fluoride town than in the low-fluoride town, although the reported median ages were the same.”

If you are iron-deficient and need to increase your iron levels fast, the best strategy is to change your diet. Eating more iron-rich foods, pairing iron-rich foods with vitamin C, and avoiding certain foods that interfere with calcium absorption can help you to increase your iron levels.
It’s important to get the recommended daily allowance of iron. Some good choices include:
Green, leafy vegetables, such as spinach, kale, and watercress
Iron fortified cereal and bread
Meat, such a ground beef, chicken, pork, and turkey
Fish and shellfish, such as oysters, clams, crab, scallops, and shrimp
Dried fruit, such as raisins, apricots, and prunes
Beans
Consume fruits and vegetables that are high in vitamin C.
Citrus fruits, such as oranges, grapefruit, and lemons
Melon, such as cantaloupe and honeydew
Bell peppers
Kiwi
Strawberries
Tomatoes
Cut back on foods and beverages that interfere with iron absorption. Some foods may make it harder for your body to absorb iron, so it’s best to avoid or limit these. At the very least, avoid consuming these foods when you eat iron-rich foods
Coffee
Tea
Dairy products, such as milk, cheese, and yogurt
Soy

A recent lawsuit claims a chemical called titanium dioxide, used in Skittles candies, harms people.
Titanium dioxid: is a naturally occurring odorless white powder used as a pigment in a large number of candies, including Skittles, as well as in a range of other products, such as cosmetics and even house paint. It’s excellent at scattering visible light, which gives whatever it’s added to a brighter, richer color. Titanium dioxide is also popular in sunscreens because of its effectiveness against skin-harming ultraviolet rays.
High fructose corn syrup is in almost everything today it gets stored as fat. Sugar is sucrose it burns away in a more efficient manner. This I believe may be why everyone has been gaining more weight and developing health problems over the past fifty years.

If you’re anything like the vast majority of us, then chances are that you have hundreds of projects that you started and never completed, countless goals that you told your friends but never saw through and all kinds of dreams that seem to be getting less and less likely to come to fruition.
Goal Setting is one of the most basic and essential skills aneyone can develop. We touch on goal characteristics, time management, and what to do when setbacks occur.
HALT NEGATIVE THOUGHTS IMMEDIATELY.
Sometimes putting a stop to negative thinking is as easy as that. The next time you start giving yourself an internal critique session, tell yourself to stop it! If you saw a person yelling insults at someone else, you’d probably tell them to stop, wouldn’t you? Why do you accept that behavior from yourself?
LOOK FOR THE POSITIVE.
Did you know that love is a word derived from the Sanskrit word that means looking for the good? Be loving toward yourself (and others), and instead of focusing on what you think your negative qualities are, accentuate your strengths and assets. Maybe you didn’t develop enough stamina this month to run a mile, but perhaps your hard work and perseverance led to losing an additional five pounds. Maybe you felt nervous and self-conscious when going out to a formal social event, but you received numerous comments from friends that they were happy you joined them and had a good time.
ENCOURAGE YOURSELF.
Instead of focusing on the negative, replace your criticism with encouragement. Give constructive suggestions instead of being critical. (“Maybe if I try to do ____ next time, it would be even better,” instead of “I didn’t do that right.”) Compliment yourself and those around you on what you’ve achieved. (“Well, we may not have done it all, but we did a pretty great job with what we did.”) Giving praise will also encourage others to praise you, and this builds up your confidence to continue on the path.

Your Immune System, A Letter From The CEO of Double Helix Water
There is a lot of information right now about ways to protect yourself in today’s environment.
A lot of it is pretty basic and excellent advice, wash your hands, avoid sick people, don’t cough on others – all good advice as a first line of defense. The advances of hygiene over the last century or so can really not be overstated when it comes to the overall health of the population.
I don’t really have anything to add to that, which is not readily available over the internet.
However, I have been getting a lot of phone calls and emails from people concerned and therefore, thought I would put down my thoughts on something maybe not everyone has already looked at.
You, sitting here reading this, have the most exceptional, never been beaten, defense system ever developed. It’s actually astounding how good of a defense system it is.
What am I talking about? Not a bunch of rockets or some drug – no, I am talking about your immune system.
I have made this statement a number of times recently, and realized from some of the responses, that many people do not have the full concept of what they really have. Which is understandable, a lot has been written about the Immune System and how it functions. And the best sources are technical papers – which are rather technical. So while I’m not trying to write a detailed paper on it here, I would like to impart an understanding of its general function.
The human body, any living body, is composed of lots and lots of very small building blocks called cells. There are many different types of cells, and they generally have some things in common: they take in nutrients, produce energy, perform an action(s), excrete waste and replicate themselves at some point.

The Pineal Gland is one of the greatest secrets hidden from us. The secret is not that the gland exists, the secret is its function. Medical students are told it's a crooked organ, but it's not....
The Pineal Gland is our third eye, it is the organ through which we dream and imagine and once it is activated it is also the organ that connects us to other dimensions of reality, that is: it allows us to see beings of other dimensions besides allow us to make astral journeys (leave our physical body to travel with our ethereal body), develop psychic skills such as clairvoyance or telepathy and even the possibility of time travel...
It's not hard to know why it's a secret, the answer is in Church. How has the church subsisted? being the monopoly of religion: going to mass is the only way we've been shown to connect with the Divine plane but actually the Temple to reach Divine connection is within each of us...
Pineapple or pineal gland has several meanings. For the Catholic religion, it means the Power of God;
for Freemasonry, the vision of the Cyclops; within the Egyptian tradition it is known as the eye of Horus, also in sacred geometry we can see that the eye of Horu s' accurately corresponds with all the structures of the brain and in the Asian world as the third eye or center of clairvoyance and intuition...
In initial terminology it is known as ′′ The Door of Paradise ′′ and even the French philosopher, Descartes, proposed that the pineal gland was what connects the body to the soul, or contained it. defined it as ′′ The Seat of the Soul ". His proposal arises because the pineal gland is not bilaterally duplicated in the body, and also believed (erroneously) that it was exclusive to humans...
Melatonin hormone produced by Pineal whose deficiency is caused by insomnia and depression is present in some foods such as oats, corn, tomatoes, potatoes, nuts, rice and cherries. In the ancient temples of Sumerians and Babylonians we had worship of the pineal and even in the vatican we can see a monument that they have in the form of pineapple or pineal, also ported by the potatoes, and on the walls of the pyramids are the hieroglyphics.
The secret pineal a substance called DMT (dimethyltriptamine) also known as the spiritual molecule that curiously releases into the fast eye motion phase that is when we are dreaming, is responsible for visualizing images in dreams. When there is no light, the pineal gland produces melatonin from serotonin.
It is related to regulating vigil and sleep cycles and serves to counteract the effects of time zone difference syndrome (jet lag)...
The DMT is so powerful that it can carry man's consciousness through time travel and dimensions. In the immediate state before death, a lot of DMT is produced, so you are credited with the ability to enter consciousness into higher dimensions ' Achieves mystical or interdimensional states, is the most powerful hallucinogenic or entheogenic found in the wild , in all plants and animals (in greater or lesser concentration), it has profound effects on consciousness).
Meditation offers the portal to practice and grow your connection conciousness and abilities in higher dimensions of being, what we would call super natural these days.
What we will soon re-member.
Work on mastering your Mind Body Spirit temple of the divinity within you.

MELATONIN
The pineal gland already produces the hormone melatonin, which affects the body’s circadian rhythms of waking and sleeping. Melatonin is also associated with relaxation and visualization,
Spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass, and red and green algae are rich in chlorophyll and help to decalcification the pineal gland due to its powerful detoxifying properties and massive nutritional benefits
Raw apple cider vinegar from apples is another natural cleanser that helps decalcification of the pineal gland.
Iodine is necessary for the operation of the critical pineal gland, but also the excess of iodine supplements can cause problems.
Vitamin K2 is essential to the ability of the body to properly assimilate calcium. K2 removes calcium and calcification of the pineal gland. K2 deficiency is shared in current society and has been associated with a wide range of health disorders. K2 is the new vitamin D.
Boron, naturally present in beetroot and can be taken in the form of supplements and may decalcification and remove fluoride from the gland.
The most important is to avoid processed and refined products. Consume more fresh, organic, raw, which alkalinize the body and eliminates almost any symptoms of poor health.
Nourishment is, as usual, of paramount importance. Especially in the case of the pineal gland, a slightly alkaline diet, rich in fresh produce, produces the decalcification and keeps it healthy.
EVER WONDERED WHAT’S IN YOUR TOOTHPASTE?
BENEFITS OF USING FLUORIDE*
Fluoride is commonly added to toothpaste because it helps to strengthen tooth enamel, reverse the effects of tooth decay, and prevent the growth of oral bacteria.
RISKS OF USING FLUORIDE*
Unpleasant side effects can occur when too much fluoride is consumed:
Dental fluorosis (white spots on the teeth)
Skeletal fluorosis (damage to bone structure and ligaments, causing pain and stiffness)
Many researchers believe that fluoride can cause other health issues including impaired brain development and lower IQs in children, kidney disease, Alzheimer’s, and cancer. It’s also believed to calcify the pineal gland in the brain (commonly known as the ‘third eye’).
WHAT IS THE PINEAL GLAND?
A definition of the pineal gland can be found on Medical News Today: ‘a small gland located deep in the centre of the brain. Named for its pinecone shape, this gland secretes melatonin, which plays a role in the body’s internal clock.
The pineal gland was one of the last brain organs to be discovered and has been the subject of much mythology and speculation. The seventeenth-century French philosopher Rene Descartesthought the soul was located in the pineal gland.’
Other suggested functions of the pineal gland include maintaining bone metabolism, mental health, intuition, and spatial awareness.
HOW DOES FLUORIDE DAMAGE THE PINEAL GLAND?
Many researchers suggest that high levels of fluoride from toothpaste and drinking water accumulate in the pineal gland and cause it to calcify or harden. When this happens, not only can it cause health issues, but it also blocks your ability to connect with your higher self.
The pineal gland or third eye is associated with clarity, concentration, imagination, and intuition. So how can you activate your pineal gland? According to an article on Gaia, avoiding fluoride is the number one step in awakening your third eye. ‘Developing the third eye is the doorway to all things psychic—telepathy, clairvoyance, lucid dreaming, and astral projection. The illusion of separation between self and spirit dissolves when the third eye connection is cultivated. Metaphysical ways of being are connected to the third eye, such as how to be awake within the dream, to walk between realities, and surpass the limitations of humanity.’
A blocked third eye is said to lead to confusion, uncertainty, cynicism, jealousy, and pessimism. While the physical eyes perceive the physical world, the third eye sees the true world — a unified whole with an unyielding connection to spirit.

Age is nothing but a number to Julia “Hurricane” Hawkins.
Julia Hawkins
At 105 years old, she set a new world and US record in the 100-meter race at the Louisiana Senior Games in Hammond, La. on Saturday, Nov. 6.
The Louisiana native is the first woman and first American to set a Masters Track & Field World Record in the 105+ Age Division. Her time was 1:02:95.
“Wonderful!” said Hawkins while smiling when asked how she felt after the race. “I’m so happy.”
“Stay healthy and keep running. I’m going to keep running as long as I can. I find it fun, and I like doing it,” she added as words of advice for other seniors.
Julia “Hurricane” Hawkins is an inspiring centenarian athlete who has made headlines for her record-breaking sprinting achievements. At the age of 105, she set a new world record for the 100-meter dash in the women’s 105+ age bracket during the Louisiana Senior Olympics1. Despite facing challenges like high winds and cold weather, she completed the dash in just over one minute and two seconds2. Known for her athletic prowess and her gardening skills, Hawkins took up running at the age of 100 after a lifetime of cycling2. Her determination and active lifestyle serve as a motivation for many, proving that age is just a number when it comes to pursuing one’s passions and staying healthy.
When she first started running, there were only a handful of other folks her age competing in races. They weren’t athletes, she says, but rather older women trying something new.
“I usually manage to beat the ones that weren't really athletes,” she says.
Hawkins has always been an athlete. Before becoming a runner, she was a bicyclist. She's won several gold medals at previous senior Olympics events, but running felt different. She says she gets “a feeling of wonder” that kicks in while running as fast as she can.
On Feb. 10, 2022, Hawkins turns 106. Lately, she says she’s been reflecting on some of the more meaningful times in her life — something she calls “magic moments.”
“Magic moments are like something you see that's unusual that you hadn't seen often before, like a sunrise that was especially pretty or a sunset or a shooting star. Amazing things like that that are so worth watching for,” she says. “You don't have to be wealthy to get to see 'em. You just have to be observant and keep a watch on what's out there.”
It's possible that Hawkins will be having another magic moment coming her way this summer. She says she plans on attending a meet in Florida this June.
Hawkins shows no signs of breaking stride: She wants to run another 100-meter dash — this time at age 106 and in under a minute.
Julia “Hurricane” Hawkins, the centenarian sprinter, has been an inspiration to many with her athletic feats. As of the latest updates, there’s no specific news about her retiring from running. At 105 years old, she set a world record in the 100-meter dash for her age group and has continued to be active. She doesn’t run every day but maintains an active lifestyle by walking or jogging regularly1. Her passion for running and staying active is truly remarkable, and she serves as a living testament to the idea that age doesn’t limit one’s capabilities or enthusiasm for life1.
Julia “Hurricane” Hawkins, born onFebruary 10, 1916, is an American centenarian masters athlete. She gained fame for her remarkable athletic achievements even in her advanced years. Here are some key points about her life:

Watch TV and read “actively.” ... Take up a new hobby. ... Solve all types of puzzles. ... Play board games and card games. ... Visit museums, zoos, and historical sites. ... Become a student again. ... Attend workshops. ...
We normally associate the term cognitive development with babies and children. While many adults do not think of developing themselves cognitively, they should do so, particularly since studies show that reduced cognitive function can age us prematurely and reduce life expectancy. It is well known in the medical community that people who have advanced stages of Alzheimer’s or dementia do not live as long as those free from these conditions.
You can be many years younger than your chronological age by making certain lifestyle choices, including those that tax or challenge the brain. Research over the past 20 years has shown that certain regions of the adult brain can generate new neurons and new synapses. (Here’s one recent study, for example.) In essence, whenever we learn something new, engage in new activities, or even ponder a new concept, the brain will rewire itself in response to these activities. Just like babies, adults can keep growing their brain and protect cognitive functioning as they age.
There are many positive ways to build better cognition and to lessen the chances of developing diminished cognitive ability, dementia, or Alzheimer’s later on in life, all of which make us act old and feel old. Here are ten of them.
Exercise to improve cognitive function.
Exercise increases blood flow to the hippocampus, which is the part of the brain responsible for memory. One recent study found that the loss of tissue density in the brain was less in those who were aerobically fit, which is another way of saying fit people have better cognitive functioning. Many other studies show that exercise increases one’s ability to learn, handle stressful situations, make clear decisions and recall facts and memories.
Watch TV and read “actively.”
The difference between watching “The Bachelorette” and watching an educational science show is how active your brain has to be. Watching TV is cognitively enriching when it takes effort to understand what you’re watching, or sparks questions, ideas or “aha” moments. The same is true for reading. A celebrity tabloid magazine takes less brain power to flip through than, say, a magazine such as Smithsonian. Develop new connections in your brain by reading something that’s instructive instead of merely entertaining. After reading or watching TV, make yourself recall what you just learned. This exercise boosts retention.
Take up a new hobby.
Increase cognitive enrichment by taking on a new active pursuit that requires learning, as opposed to merely attending a baseball game or concert. Some examples include: gardening, antiquing, taking up an instrument, raising chickens, learning a foreign language or selling items on the Internet. Read books, talk to experts, take classes, attend conferences or join organizations related to your hobby. All of this learning activity develops new connections between neurons, which helps offset cell loss due to aging or disease.
Solve all types of puzzles.
Puzzles are an outstanding way to build new connections in the brain. There are many types of puzzles other than crosswords. These include acrostics, cryptograms, syllacrostics and many other word-oriented brain teasers. Some brain teasers don’t involve words at all, such as Sudoku. It’s particularly good for your brain to seek out a variety. Or start with one type, and as you get better, switch to another type of puzzle. Your brain will be challenged anew with each particular type of puzzle. Switching from a puzzle that’s easy to a more difficult or unfamiliar type stimulates new brain activity, or learning, as your brain now has to generate new memories in order to master the new challenge.
Games that involve strategy are excellent for the brain, especially those that involve puzzle solving or new learning of some sort, such as Scrabble, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire — all available in digital form as well. Chess and checkers are excellent games because almost every game is unique, requiring a different set of strategies each time. Card games can similarly help preserve cognitive functioning because the player continues to perfect the most effective strategies according to the opponent’s playing style. You can also play card games with a computer!
Visit museums, zoos, and historical sites.
There are many specialty museums as well as zoos and historical sites that will help you build better cognition. To get the most out of the visit from a cognitive standpoint, don’t be a passive visitor. Read the signage next to the exhibits, try to repeat the key information to yourself and then do it again once or twice during or after your visit. Not only will you retain what the exhibits were about, but with some occasional recall attempts, you increase the odds of being able to recall the information months or even years later.
Become a student again.
Many continuing education courses are available that do not require being in a degree program — you merely sign up for one or two courses whenever you feel like it. Relatively inexpensive courses are available through community colleges. As a student, you will get many chances to learn new things, and most instructors will give you tests that will force you to recall the information learned. Nondegree classes are offered in many areas, from technical subjects to local community history, public speaking, relationships, poetry and other friendly topics.
Attend workshops.
Workshops, conferences, and other gatherings where professionals in their field share their knowledge offer another way to build cognitive function through active learning. While these are commonly offered in a person’s profession, you may find many others connected with hobbies and personal interests. One that came across my desk recently, for example, was a workshop on how to trace your family’s ancestry. Another was amateur backyard astronomy.
Reduce stress. Address depression.
Depressed individuals are more likely to suffer from cognitive problems later in life than those who are free of depression. As with stress, many people who are depressed merely run to their family doctor and say, “Can you give me something for being depressed?” and walk away with a prescription. No attempt is made to find out what is causing the depression in the first place, let alone cure it. As with stress, there are ways to bring about a long-lasting solution to depression besides medication, including individual counseling, exercise, spiritual growth, career rejuvenation, goal setting, and other techniques.

Brazil nuts, seafoods, and organ meats are the richest food sources of selenium [1]. Other sources include muscle meats, cereals and other grains, and dairy products. The amount of selenium in drinking water is not nutritionally significant in most geographic regions [2,6]. The major food sources of selenium in the American diet are breads, grains, meat, poultry, fish, and eggs [7].

Tips
Make Ahead Tip: Cover and refrigerate the lettuce-yogurt mixture for up to 1 day.
Ingredient Note: ?Dolmas are stuffed grape leaves that are traditionally filled with chopped vegetables, grains and sometimes ground meat. Find prepared dolmas in cans or jars near other Middle Eastern ingredients and at some supermarket salad bars.
Lavash is thin, Middle Eastern bread found near other wraps and tortillas. It's a great alternative to flour tortillas for rolling sandwich ingredients into a wrap. Depending on the brand and size, one serving may be one whole bread or half of the bread--check the nutrition panel on the back of the package.
Eat neat: Keeping the filling inside a wrap or burrito can be a challenge, especially if you're on the go. That's why we recommend wrapping your burrito in foil so you can pick it up and eat it without losing the filling, peeling back the foil as you go.

Eight healthy behaviors can go a long way toward improving your health and lowering your risk of many cancers as well as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and osteoporosis. And they’re not as complicated as you might think.
So take control of your health, and encourage your family to do the same. Choose one or two behaviors to start with. Once you’ve got those down, move on to the others.
1 Maintain a HealthyWeight
Keeping your weight in check is often easier said
than done, but a few simple tips can help. First off, if you’re overweight, focus on not gaining any more weight. This by itself can improve your health. Then, when you’re ready, try to take off some extra pounds for an even greater health boost.
Tips
Fit physical activity and movement into your life each
Limit time in front of the TV and
Eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole
Choose smaller portions, and eat more
2 Exercise Regularly
While it can be hard to find the time, it’s important to fit in at least 30 minutes of activity every day. More is even better, but any amount is better than none.
Tips • Choose activities you enjoy. Many things count as exercise, like walking, gardening, and dancing. • Make exercise a habit by setting aside the same time for it each day—try going to the gym each day at lunchtime or taking a walk regularly after dinner. • Stay motivated by exercising with someone. • Play active games with your kids regularly, and go on family walks and bike rides when the weather allows.
3 Don’t Smoke
Yes, it’s hard, but it’s also far from impossible. Over 1,000 Americans stop for good every day. Tips • Keep trying! It often takes 6 or 7 tries before you quit for good. • Talking to a doctor can double your chances of success. • Call 1-800-QUIT-NOW or visit smokefree.gov for help. • When appropriate, talk to your kids about the dangers of smoking and chewing tobacco. The best message to kids is getting smoke-free yourself.
4 Eat a Healthy Diet
The basics of healthy eating are pretty simple. You should focus on fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and keep red meat and processed meat to a minimum. It’s also important to cut back on bad fats (saturated and trans fats), and choose healthy fats (polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats) more often. Taking a multivitamin with folate every day is a great nutrition insurance policy. Tips • Make fruits and vegetables a part of every meal. Put fruit on your cereal. Eat vegetables as a snack. • Choose chicken, fish, or beans, instead of red meat. • Choose whole-grain cereal, brown rice, and whole-wheat bread over their more refined choices. • Choose dishes made with olive or canola oil, which are high in healthy fats. • Cut back on fast food and store-bought snacks (like cookies), which are high in bad fats. • Buy a 100% DV multivitamin that contains folate.
5 Drink Alcohol Only in Moderation,
If At All Moderate drinking is good for the heart, but it can also increase the risk of cancer. If you don’t drink, don’t feel that you need to start. If you already drink moderately (less than 1 drink a day for women, less than 2 drinks a day for men), there’s probably no reason to stop. People who drink more, though, should cut back. Tips • Choose non-alcoholic beverages at meals and parties. • Avoid occasions centered around alcohol. • Talk to a health care professional if you feel you have a problem with alcohol. • When appropriate, discuss the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse with children. A health care professional or school counselor can help
6 Protect Yourself From the Sun and Avoid Tanning Beds
While the warm sun is certainly inviting, too much exposure to it can lead to skin cancer, including serious melanoma. And tanning beds can be just as harmful. Skin damage starts early in childhood, so it’s especially important to protect children. Tips • Steer clear of direct sunlight between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (peak burning hours). It’s the best way to protect yourself. • Use hats, long-sleeve shirts, and sunscreens with SPF30 or higher. • Don’t use sun lamps or tanning booths. • Protect kids first and set a good example by always wearing sunscreen and the right clothing.
7 Protect Against Sexually Transmitted Infections
Among other problems, sexually transmitted infections—like human papillomavirus (HPV)—are linked to a number of different cancers. Protecting yourself from these infections can lower your risk. Getting girls and boys vaccinated against HPV will lower their cancer risk later in life. Tips • Get boys and girls vaccinated against HPV at 11 or 12 years old. Older kids can also be vaccinated. Talk to a health care provider. • Aside from not having sex, the best protection is to be in a committed, monogamous relationship with someone who does not have a sexually transmitted infection. • For all other situations, be sure to always use a condom and follow other safe sex practices. Never rely on your partner to have a condom. Always be prepared. • When appropriate, discuss with children the importance of abstinence and safe sex.
8 Get Screening Tests
There are a number of important screening tests that can help protect against cancer. Some of these tests find cancer when it’s most treatable, while others can actually help keep cancer from developing in the first place. For colorectal cancer alone, regular screening could save over 30,000 lives each year. That’s three times the number of people killed by drunk drivers in the United States in all of 2014. Talk to a health care professional about which tests you should have and when. Cancers that should be tested for regularly: • Colon and rectal cancer • Cervical cancer • Breast cancer • Lung cancer (in current or past heavy smokers)
