Manifestation Guide: How To Manifest Anything You Want In 24hrs

Are "We The People" ready for the truth?

Manifestation:

Do you find it hard to manifest the things you want into your life? Perhaps you follow the Law of Attraction and just can’t quite conquer manifestation? It can be tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, manifesting can become second nature to you. Maybe you are unsure of what manifestation really means. Or maybe you need clarity on what the purpose of manifestation is!  In order to succeed in your manifestations, you need to truly believe in them.

There are many different ‘definitions’ of the word manifest, but the simplest would be that a manifestation is ‘something that is put into your physical reality through thought, feelings, and beliefs'.

If you haven’t yet manifested what you want, it’s likely you are resisting what the universe has to offer. Doubts, pain, procrastination, frustrations, anxiety, fears, regrets and resentments are all forms of resistance.

Meditation:

Although meditation is enormously popular, you may not have heard much about its origins. The word has its roots in the Latin term “meditatum”, which translates to “ponder.” But who first suggested the practice, and how did it evolve? As you probably know, the health benefits of meditation are incredibly wide-ranging. Once viewed as merely a way to gain calmness or perspective, it is now a suggested part of a whole host of different treatment programs.

Steps to Manifestation

1. Get clear on what you want.

If you don’t know exactly what you want, you can’t actually take steps to make it happen. To manifest something, you must know what you desire.
That means you must get very clear on the specifics, detailing the features as if your manifestation is tailor made for you.
To get started with this step, create a list of 20-25 things you want to manifest. Get specific about what you want and list the attributes in the positive. Judgement of yourself doesn’t help you manifest anything.

(aka avoid using the word don’t).

2. Ask the universe for it.

Once you have your list, it’s time to amplify your signal to the universe by asking for what you want. When the universe is clear on what you want to manifest, then it can help you. If you don’t ask, it will still try to help you, but it guesses as to what you truly desire.

Don’t leave what you receive up to chance, ask for what you want. There are a lots of ways to ask including prayer, meditation, visualization, and vision boards. An easy way to ask for what you want is to write a letter to the universe.

Ask the universe for what you want once a day makes your requests clearer and clearer.

3. Take action (help the universe make it happen).

Manifesting is the art of co-creating with the universe. Working toward your goals increases your chances of receiving what you want. It’s also fun.

Write down 3 actions you can do today to bring you closer to your goal. Start taking action and keep taking action until you’ve reached your goal.

4. Trust the process.

To manifest, you have to trust the process.

Whenever you find yourself doubting, catch yourself and say, “I’m getting closer and closer to my goals every day. The universe has my back and it’s awesome.”

5. Acknowledge what is being sent to you along the way.

The universe is always giving you help, but it’s easy to miss the signs (especially when they come in unexpected ways). When you start to acknowledge and receive signs from the universe, the universe will give you more of what you want.

6. Increase your vibration.

According to the Law of Attraction, you attract what you are sending out. To attract more of what you want, you have to raise your vibration. Vibrations are like little radio signals you are continuously sending out to the universe. You must tune your signal to a vibration worthy of receiving it (stay positive and thankful). Remember, a crappy mood means you’re going to be rewarded with crap. Staying positive is the easiest way to be certain good things are coming.

7. Clear all resistance.

If you haven’t yet manifested what you want, it’s likely you are resisting what the universe has to offer. Doubts, pain, procrastination, frustrations, anxiety, fears, regrets and resentments are all forms of resistance. And they are totally normal. When you notice conflict coming up, acknowledge it and remind yourself to breath and relax. It might sound something like, “I’m frustrated again. I’m resisting again. I get it. All I have to do now is breath, relax, and let it come. “

If you are having a hard time letting go of problem, find someone to help you through it. Manifesting your desires is 100 percent possible but, to do so, you must use ALL the steps.

Muskogee County COVID-19 testing
By: Chris DiMariaPosted at 4:04 PM, Apr 10, 2020 and last updated 6:34 PM, Apr 10, 2020
MUSKOGEE, Okla. — As more COVID-19 test kits are becoming available across Oklahoma, the state’s rural counties are finally beginning to ramp up their testing. The result is a rising number of confirmed cases in many of those counties every day, some by double digits.

Muskogee County Liaison Doug Walton oversees eight counties in the area. He says 50 to 100 test kits per county became available this week, so health departments were able to begin drive-through testing and testing by appointment.

“Even though that’s just a small sample of the population in even those rural counties, having those when we didn’t have anything will still give us good data,“ Walton said.

A problem persists, though. Walton says the tests those counties get vary week to week, so there’s no telling how often they may be able to do extensive testing.

"The main limiting factor has just been the availability of the test kits and sample kits,” Walton said. "It’s just been this week that we have begun what I would consider extensive testing.”

Rural counties' confirmed cases are beginning to rise exponentially. In just two days, Osage and Washington County’s confirmed cases rose by 12 each - Osage County to 45 confirmed cases and Washington County to 57 confirmed cases.

A list of rising case numbers is below; the numbers are as of Friday, April 10. To see each county's daily total, click here.

Adair - 26 confirmed cases, 2 deaths
Cherokee - 18 confirmed cases, 1 death
Creek - 53 confirmed cases, 3 deaths

Muskogee - 21 confirmed cases, 2 deaths
Okmulgee - 13 confirmed cases, 0 deaths
Osage - 45 confirmed cases, 7 deaths

POSITIVE THOUGHTS

Approach with positive mind set you get positive results. negative approach results are negative, that's human nature and karma.

If a negative thought enters your mind, evaluate it rationally and respond with affirmations of what is good about you.

Positive thinking: Stop negative self-talk to reduce stress

Positive thinking helps with stress management and can even improve your health. Practice overcoming negative self-talk with examples provided.

   By Mayo Clinic Staff

Is your glass half-empty or half-full? How you answer this age-old question about positive thinking may reflect your outlook on life, your attitude toward yourself, and whether you're optimistic or pessimistic — and it may even affect your health.

Indeed, some studies show that personality traits such as optimism and pessimism can affect many areas of your health and well-being. The positive thinking that usually comes with optimism is a key part of effective stress management. And effective stress management is associated with many health benefits. If you tend to be pessimistic, don't despair — you can learn positive thinking skills.

Understanding positive thinking and self-talk

Positive thinking doesn't mean that you keep your head in the sand and ignore life's less pleasant situations. Positive thinking just means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way. You think the best is going to happen, not the worst.

Positive thinking often starts with self-talk. Self-talk is the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head. These automatic thoughts can be positive or negative. Some of your self-talk comes from logic and reason. Other self-talk may arise from misconceptions that you create because of lack of information.

If the thoughts that run through your head are mostly negative, your outlook on life is more likely pessimistic. If your thoughts are mostly positive, you're likely an optimist — someone who practices positive thinking

The health benefits of positive thinking

Researchers continue to explore the effects of positive thinking and optimism on health. Health benefits that positive thinking may provide include:
  • Increased life span
  • Lower rates of depression
  • Lower levels of distress
  • Greater resistance to the common cold
  • Better psychological and physical well-being
  • Better cardiovascular health and reduced risk of death from cardiovascular disease
  • Better coping skills during hardships and times of stress

It's unclear why people who engage in positive thinking experience these health benefits. One theory is that having a positive outlook enables you to cope better with stressful situations, which reduces the harmful health effects of stress on your body.

It's also thought that positive and optimistic people tend to live healthier lifestyles — they get more physical activity, follow a healthier diet, and don't smoke or drink alcohol in excess.

Identifying negative thinking

Positive thinking often starts with self-talk. Self-talk is the endless stream of unspoken thoughts that run through your head. These automatic thoughts can be positive or negative. Some of your self-talk comes from logic and reason. Other self-talk may arise from misconceptions that you create because of lack of information.

If the thoughts that run through your head are mostly negative, your outlook on life is more likely pessimistic. If your thoughts are mostly positive, you're likely an optimist — someone who practices positive thinking.

Not sure if your self-talk is positive or negative? Some common forms of negative self-talk include:

  • Filtering. You magnify the negative aspects of a situation and filter out all of the positive ones. For example, you had a great day at work. You completed your tasks ahead of time and were complimented for doing a speedy and thorough job. That evening, you focus only on your plan to do even more tasks and forget about the compliments you received.
  • Personalizing. When something bad occurs, you automatically blame yourself. For example, you hear that an evening out with friends is canceled, and you assume that the change in plans is because no one wanted to be around you.
  • Catastrophizing. You automatically anticipate the worst. The drive-through coffee shop gets your order wrong and you automatically think that the rest of your day will be a disaster.
  • Polarizing. You see things only as either good or bad. There is no middle ground. You feel that you have to be perfect or you're a total failure.

Focusing on positive thinking

You can learn to turn negative thinking into positive thinking. The process is simple, but it does take time and practice — you're creating a new habit, after all. Here are some ways to think and behave in a more positive and optimistic way:

  • Identify areas to change. If you want to become more optimistic and engage in more positive thinking, first identify areas of your life that you usually think negatively about, whether it's work, your daily commute or a relationship. You can start small by focusing on one area to approach in a more positive way.
  • Check yourself. Periodically during the day, stop and evaluate what you're thinking. If you find that your thoughts are mainly negative, try to find a way to put a positive spin on them.
  • Be open to humor. Give yourself permission to smile or laugh, especially during difficult times. Seek humor in everyday happenings. When you can laugh at life, you feel less stressed.
  • Follow a healthy lifestyle. Aim to exercise for about 30 minutes on most days of the week. You can also break it up into 10-minute chunks of time during the day. Exercise can positively affect mood and reduce stress. Follow a healthy diet to fuel your mind and body. And learn techniques to manage stress.
  • Surround yourself with positive people. Make sure those in your life are positive, supportive people you can depend on to give helpful advice and feedback. Negative people may increase your stress level and make you doubt your ability to manage stress in healthy ways.
  • Practice positive self-talk. Start by following one simple rule: Don't say anything to yourself that you wouldn't say to anyone else. Be gentle and encouraging with yourself. If a negative thought enters your mind, evaluate it rationally and respond with affirmations of what is good about you. Think about things you're thankful for in your life.

Hours after his remarks about returning to normalcy by Easter were widely criticized, Trump appeared at another briefing in the late afternoon where he initially struck a more sober tone about the decisions that lie ahead. Reading from a prepared statement, he vowed to listen to public health experts before shifting course about when the country should relax restrictions.

The torrent of troubling news swelled in the early days of 2020, as tensions with Iran flared after the United States killed Iran’s Maj. Gen. Qasem Soleimani in an airstrike in Baghdad. Late Tuesday, President Trump sought to ease Americans’ fears by tweeting, “All is well!”

But as conflict in the Middle East intensified and natural disasters struck, some voices are taking the opportunity to offer biblical interpretations. Religious teachers and authors, especially some conservative Christians, often draw on these kinds of current events as examples of how various predictions and descriptions in the Old and New Testaments could be coming true.

Many of these religious leaders view actions in Iran, a Muslim-majority country, as playing a special role in these predictions, which usually focus on the apocalypse, or the end of days. “Iran is the elephant in the room in the Middle East … he’s the bully.” Salus suggested on the show that God is angry with the current Iranian leadership and that Christians should watch recent events as likely to fulfill biblical prophecies.

“I really do believe this is going to lead to other things,” Salus said. “This is number one on my radar.”

The popular Christian novelist Joel Rosenberg, who in recent years has led trips of evangelical leaders to meet with leaders in the Middle East, said that while he is cautious about saying that prophecies from the Bible are unfolding right now, he takes those forecasts from the Old and New Testaments seriously.

He interprets biblical texts such as Ezekiel 38, which describes a forthcoming war, as meaning that Iran will ally with Russia and attack Israel. And he says that Jeremiah 49, which describes the destruction of a nation, promises God’s judgment, as well as his eventual blessing, specifically on the nation of Iran. But, he says, Christians should not look at every flare-up as biblically significant.

“Unfortunately, there are a lot of prophecy nuts,” said Rosenberg, who attended McLean Bible Church in Virginia for two decades and now lives in Jerusalem. “These are people who have websites in capital letters, 90 exclamation marks, and it’s like: ‘Have some decaf, it’s going to be okay.’ ”

Hormoz Shariat, an Iranian-born Christian teacher who moved to the United States in 1979, teaches Iranians via a satellite channel. Through his Dallas-based ministry, Iran Alive Ministries, he says, he tells them about the biblical prophecies that include Iran.

“It prepares people to see a meaning in suffering that is now and wars in the future. It gives them hope that God will save Iran,” he said. “We could be in the end times. There are prophecies left to be fulfilled. I say: ‘I don’t know. It could be very close.’ ”

While some leaders are offering specific predictions about the end of days, others are sounding less apocalyptic in their teaching under Trump’s administration than they did in the past. That’s because many of them are pleased by his presidency, according to James Beverley, a research professor at Tyndale Seminary in Toronto and author of the forthcoming book

Trump has “eased the prophetic anxieties of his evangelical defenders” by advancing their religious liberties and granting some of their leaders access to the Oval Office, Beverley said. The religious leaders who favor Trump, Beverley said, see him as the one chosen by God to restore Israel, resist globalism — as in his slogan “Make America Great Again” — and reverse what they see as the moral decay of America, particularly through policies to restrict abortion and crack down on illegal immigration.
