- Continental U.S. Ground orders placed before 10:00 am PST Monday through Friday will usually ship same day.
- Orders weighing less than 1 pound will ship through the Post Office and may take additional time to process.
- Orders weighing between 1 and 9 pounds will be delivered to the local post office through the UPS or FedEx system, and then be delivered through the post office.
- Orders of 10 pounds or more will remain in the UPS and or FedEx network.
- Orders to Canada take 3-5 business days to process. Customs and duties are prepaid.
- Please allow a few extra days for Airmail shipments to be processed (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Military Addresses).
- Ship out times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Non-Damaged / Non-Defective Returns:
- Buyer pays return shipping cost for buyer's remorse.
- 20% re-stocking fee applies.
Damaged or Defective items:
- Damage or defect MUST be reported within 10 days of delivery, no exceptions.
- Under $30 - Create a Problem Report and Customer Service will advise on next steps.
- Over $30 - Create a Problem Report and upload a picture of the damage or defect. A return may be required. Customer service will advise on next steps.
gocyberbiz does NOT pay the cost of return shipping charges on broken or defective merchandise. They do NOT refund the original shipping charges either.
However they do not charge to ship a replacement once the item is returned.
Insurance is not included on UPS MI or FedEx Smart Post shipping methods. $100 insurance included on standard FedEx shipping method. If item is broken in transit, a claim will be filed with the carrier if insurance is applicable. If the item is defective, it must be returned.
Returns accepted within 30 days. Return authorization required. 20% restocking fee applies on all non-defective returns. Returned items without an RMA will be rejected. Contact Customer Service for an RMA. RMA must be written on outside of shipping carton (not on product packaging). If shipping labels are placed on, or RA numbers written on the manufacturer's boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return. All original packaging and materials, including all parts, accessories and instruction manuals from the manufacturer must be returned with the product. Failure to comply may result in denial of RA credit.
