Grilled Salmon

Perfectly Seasoned Grilled Salmon:

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375 to 450°F).
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a clean towel.
  • Rub them generously with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt and a homemade seafood seasoning blend (smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, celery seed, cumin, and allspice).
  • Grill the salmon skin side up for 3 to 5 minutes until grill marks appear and it releases from the grates.
  • Flip and cook another 2 to 5 minutes, depending on thickness, until flaky and just pink at the thickest portion.   Remove from the grill, let it rest for a few minutes, and serve
